Common Questions

The sound isn't playing — what should I do?

Make sure your device volume is turned up and silent mode is off. Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, restart your device and reinstall the app.

Is my data private?

Yes. Hum does not collect personal data beyond what is required to operate the app. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
